Warranty Coverage
Our products (Equipment/Machines) are covered by a 1-year or 6 months warranty (depending on type of machine and equipment) from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and water damage. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe that your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact us to initiate the warranty claim process. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
If your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the product, at our discretion. If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, we may offer a partial refund or a certain credit percentage towards a future purchase.
If your warranty claim is not approved, we will notify you of the reason and any options that may be available to you.
Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, at our discretion. We will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, and personal injury.
